Executive Director: Family Children First Council

Madison-Champaign ESC is now hiring! The Champaign County Family & Children First Council is seeking to hire an Executive Director responsible for leading a dynamic community collaboration focused on the needs of children and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitating planning
• Project management
• Managing grants and programs operated by the Council
• Service and program evaluation
• Grant writing and reporting
• Facilitating community meetings of stakeholders involved in provision of services to youth and families
• Overseeing service coordination to multi-need youth and their families
• Basic financial oversight

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Social Work or related field
• Satisfactory results on criminal records checks

Ideal Candidate:

• Master’s degree
• 2 years of experience in social work or related field
• Experience in administration or supervision
