Openings on 1st and 3rd shifts!

Primary Activities/Duties:

Accurately receiving inbound stock from outside vendors.
Using RF equipment to scan and put away stock.
Driving Warehouse equipment - Forklift, Picker, Drexel.
Accurately picking and bundling customer orders using RF equipment to scan and pick product.
Loading and unloading trucks with warehouse equipment.
Completing proper paperwork.
6-S of all areas and equipment.
Department housekeeping as assigned.
Completing internal audits, the ability to be cross-trained in all areas within the department.

Knowledge & Experience:

HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook.
Prior warehouse shipping & receiving experience preferred.

Physical, Mental, & Safety Requirements:

Stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach frequently throughout the work shift.
Climb up to enter a forklift or other related warehouse equipment.
Frequently lift 25 to 50 pounds to waist level and up to 25 pounds above the shoulders.
Work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to assignment changes easily, ability to multi-task, learn and use warehouse procedures and software.
Wear safety-toed footwear, safety glasses with side shields, hearing protection and additional personal protective equipment where required.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Primary Activities/Duties:

Manage and maintain customer's accounts receivables for Regions, House accounts, International accounts, Rittal affiliates and consignment accounts within the corporate guidelines.
Apply the processes and procedures defined by the company.
Assist with invoicing customers via EDI / Email / Mail / Customer Portals.
Enter and process payments from customers.
Post rebates, credits and other adjustments on customer accounts.
Collect on past due accounts.
Manage and maintain accurate account information in the accounting system.
Contact customers to resolve payment, credit or billing issues.
Work with Inside, Outside Sales and Customer Service teams to help resolve problems and to set up new accounts.
Process weekly and monthly reports for Accounts Receivable.
Work with Supervisor, Controller, and CFO on additional projects as needed.
Cross-train and provide back up to Accounts Payable.
Maintain strict confidentiality on all accounting matters.

Knowledge & Experience:

High School diploma or GED required.
Associates degree in Accounting or 5 years accounts receivable experience preferred.
Experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
SAP knowledge required.
Strong computer knowledge including Excel and Word.

Job Definition: Responsible for operating and monitoring all rewind, machines to achieve optimum productivity while maintaining high standards or quality, safety and
efficiency.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Start up and situate assigned machine per customer/order specification
Troubleshoot and adjust machine controls and components
Ability to perform change overs, including blade changes
Communicate with other departments to request raw material and supplies to eliminate need for downtime
Document and explain all production data according to procedures into SAP
Observe operation of machine to detect and correct machine malfunctions
Perform quality inspections
Maintain clean work environment and document housekeeping and 5S compliance
Complete routine maintenance on assigned tools, devices and equipment
Adhere to company safety regulations

Note: Other duties may be required

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or GED
Two years manufacturing experience
Comprehend and apply basic reading, arithmetic and geometry
Ability to use precision measuring equipment such as a ruler, tape measure,

caliper and micrometer

Ability to read blueprints and apply them to the job
Must be able to multi-task and work with little supervision in a team environment
Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges
Physical requirements – lift and manipulate unwieldy parts weighing approximately 80 lbs up to 100 lbs. Ability to push and pull 100 lbs on own
Physical requirements to work in an unclimate-controlled environment
Basic keyboarding skills and basic knowledge of computer operations
Ability to train others
