Creative Foundations is currently reviewing applications for our Integrative Day Services position, in Urbana Ohio, to support individuals with developmental disabilities. We are an established company represented in 5 counties and have a huge impact on the lives of others. The hours are typically 40 hours per week with occasional overtime as needed for hosted events through our Day Program. This position also requires you to be trained and able to drive Individuals to and from the day program. Current driver’s license Proof of high school diploma or G.E.D. Satisfactory driving record from the Ohio BMV with no more than 5 points. Satisfactory criminal background check. Be able to effectively communicate with the individuals receiving services. Be able to complete company paid certification for CPR, First Aid, Blood borne Pathogens, Medication Administration, and other required trainings per company policy and government regulation.
