The Center For Creative Childcare is looking for candidates that are as passionate about the growth and development of the children in their care as much as they are to fill the position of Assistant Teacher. They are most interested in talking to applicants that have:

Experience working in a licensed childcare facility strongly preferred but will train the right candidate
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
US work authorization (preferred)

Pay scale is depending on your experience and your education. Wages start out at $9.00/hour.

Qualifications:

Well-grounded in the faith and the beliefs held by the church.
Evidence of continuing to grow in his/her spirituality.
Possess good communication skills.
Able to relate well with children in grades 7-12 while maintaining the leader roles of respect, discipline, and authority.
Maintains a God-centered life that provides an appropriate example.
Cooperate well with leadership in the church and follow through on understandings and agreements reached.
Possess good organizational and administrative skills.
Willingness to pursue continuing education/equipping related to position.
