Assist clients in gaining social and vocational skills and ensure that each client feels like a community contributor.
Monitors appearance of the clients home and personal environment according to standards.
Follow the necessary schedule while positively engaging client with meaningful activities.
Knows clients, ISPs, interests, issues and dreams and ensures that schedules and documentation reflect clients’ needs.
Reports needs as observed and informs Residential Manager of ideas and/or concerns.
Develops meaningful relationships with clients and reports praises and/or concerns to residential manager.
Transport client for morning, evening, or daily scheduled activities as needed.
Has acute awareness of DD rules and reports incidents to Residential Manager accordingly.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
