Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Help with daily activities including housekeeping, grocery shopping, meal preparation and personal care
- Promote social and community interaction
- Transportation to appointments and other activities
- Daily documentation

Minimum Qualifications:
- Drivers license
- High School Diploma or GED
- Satisfactory criminal background check.
- Minimal lifting requirements
- Passionate and caring heart who is willing to serve
