West Liberty-Salem High School proudly announces that senior Wyatt Longaberger has signed to continue his academic and athletic career at the University of Findlay, where he will compete for the Oilers men’s soccer program.

Longaberger signed his letter of commitment during a ceremony held in the West Liberty-Salem High School Media Center. He was joined by his family, teammates, Coach Michael Yoder,  Head Coach Tim Wolfe, and Athletic Director Morgan Sullivan as he celebrated this significant milestone.
Wyatt’s senior season was marked by exceptional performance and leadership. He was named Athlete of the Season, earned First Team All-OHC honors, and was selected First Team All-District by the Miami Valley Scholastic Soccer Coaches Association (MVSSCA). In addition to his success at West Liberty-Salem, Longaberger competes year-round with Elite FC Soccer, continuing to develop his skills at a high level of club competition.

Throughout his high school career, Longaberger has exemplified the qualities of a true student-athlete. He has balanced the demands of academic achievement with athletic excellence while serving as a steady leader for the Tigers. His work ethic, coachability, and team-first mindset have earned the respect of coaches and teammates alike.

West Liberty-Salem is proud of Wyatt’s accomplishments and grateful for the impact he has made on the soccer program. The school community looks forward to following his continued success at the University of Findlay.

Congratulations, Wyatt, and best wishes as you begin this next chapter.
