URBANa Lofts hosts Open House March 31

URBANa Lofts will be having it's official Open House on March 31st from 12 PM - 2PM and 4 PM - 6PM with a ribbon cutting at 12 PM. They will be providing snacks, beer, and wine for all those looking to come see our new spaces.

The new 9 Lofts are as true to their historic roots as possible (Restored original hardwood, exposed brick, exposed beams, 11' - 12' ceiling heights, 12" trim etc), yet completely modernized with high efficiency HVAC, Lighting, Appliances, Windows etc.

All mechanicals are new for optimal performance (Plumbing, Electric, HVAC). Tenants will only have one utility bill - electric. Landlord pays for trash and water. 

Come join them in their excitement to celebrate 2 years of hard work to transform one of Urbana's most under-utilized buildings, into one of it's hottest centers!
