“With over 25 years of experience in the state's healthcare industry, I’ve long been familiar with Memorial Health and its strong commitment to mission-driven patient care," says Endsley. "It’s a privilege to join the team, and I look forward to contributing my expertise to support Memorial’s ongoing growth and impact."
Before joining Memorial, Endsley was CFO for the past eight years at Fisher-Titus Health in Norwalk, Ohio, where he oversaw operational and capital planning, payer reimbursement strategies, and fiscal operating reports. Under his leadership, Fisher-Titus received the Syntellis MVP award for innovative use of financial analytic tools. In addition, Endsley was named one of Becker’s Hospital Review’s “Rural Hospital CFOs to Know” in 2024 and 2023. Prior to his CFO role, Endsley served as Vice President of Finance, Senior Director of Finance, Manager of Decision Support, and Financial Analyst during his nearly 23 years at Fisher-Titus. He additionally served two years at St. Mary’s Health System/Ascension in Evansville, Indiana, as Senior Director of Finance and Manager of System Financial Planning. In his new role, Endsley will succeed Jeff Ehlers who served as CFO for 27 years for the growing health care system.
