Listen Forward: A Night of Giving to Help Kids Hear Their Future

This spring, the community is invited to join an evening that goes beyond fun and fundraising—it’s about giving kids the gift of hearing and the confidence to chase their dreams.

The Listen Forward Silent Auction, hosted by Chasing Greatness, will take place on Friday, May 2, 2025, at 6:30 PM at the Springfield Masonic Community Clubhouse (2655 West National Road). Attendees can expect delicious food, uplifting entertainment, and powerful moments of connection—all in support of a nonprofit that’s changing lives.

The Mission Behind the Event
Founded by former Penn State volleyball

standout and Springfield native Jonni Parker, Chasing Greatness is a nonprofit that supports children 18 and under who experience hearing loss. The organization provides hearing aids, resources, and personal growth opportunities—removing financial barriers and building confidence along the way.

The Listen Forward Silent Auction is a key fundraising event that brings this mission to life. Proceeds from the night help cover the cost of hearing devices, raise educational awareness, and fund vital programs that empower kids across the region to believe in their worth—regardless of their circumstances.
