Over the course of several months, students toured local businesses, engaged with community leaders, and participated in professional interviews. Each graduate earned The Ohio Readiness Seal and completed a final presentation highlighting their personal growth and leadership takeaways.

The graduation event featured final student presentations, a keynote address by Aaron Brown of Koenig Equipment, and a catered lunch provided by Abuela’s Kitchen. Guests were left inspired by the students’ reflections on leadership and their experiences in the program. "As a native of Champaign County, I was impressed with their love and devotion to the area, as well as their insightful summaries. Our county should be proud," said Robin Coffey, Communications Manager at Memorial Health. The Student Leadership Program continues to play a vital role in connecting education and industry, preparing local students for success in both college and career pathways.
