Cups and Conversations: A Monthly Gathering to Discuss Pre-need Planning

April 14th Meeting to Focus on Pre-planning Essentials

​Vernon Funeral Home will host its monthly "Cups and Conversations" event on April 14th at 8 AM. This gathering, held every second Monday of the month, provides a welcoming space for community members to discuss various aspects of preneed planning.

Sherry Stocksdale, a Preplanning Specialist from Vernon Funeral Home, will lead the discussion, covering essential topics such as who should pre-plan, the benefits of pre-planning, and the types of services available. Attendees will also learn about the number of death certificates required and other important details related to pre-need planning.

Future meetings aim to feature guest speakers who will address related subjects, including hospice care, financial planning, and grief support. Participants are encouraged to bring their questions about preneed planning and funerals to foster an engaging and informative dialogue.
