Champaign County WIC Hosts Lactation in the Workplace Lunch & Learn Event

​Champaign County WIC is organizing an educational session titled "Lactation in the Workplace Lunch & Learn" to address the importance of lactation support in professional environments. Scheduled for August 14, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, the event will be held at the Community Room located at 1512 US Hwy 68, Urbana, Ohio 43078.

​This session aims to inform both employers and employees about crucial aspects of lactation support, including Ohio law requirements, developing effective lactation policies, and fostering a breastfeeding-friendly workplace culture. Local breastfeeding experts will be present to provide insights and answer questions from attendees.
