Monument Square District (MSD) is clarifying that the annual Urbana Holiday Event will continue as planned, including downtown vendors, extended shopping hours, holiday music, Santa’s visit, and the community tree lighting. Only the Horse Parade has been canceled due to concerns surrounding the recent Equine Herpesvirus Type 1 (EHV-1) outbreak affecting portions of the equine community.
