They have been looking to expand their operations for the past 5-10 years and have looked at many different locations south and west of St. Paris. The growth they have seen in Urbana is what attracted them to the area. They believe this will be an opportunity to offer an alternative banking solution to the residents of Urbana. They want to be able to serve existing Urbana area customers and offer financial services to new customers in the area. First Central National Bank has been serving Champaign County since 1880. Their goal is to be the community bank you can count on, and they are excited to be able to better serve the Urbana area. They are hoping to have renovations compete in the spring of 2022.
