Superintendent's Secretary

Triad Local Schools is now hiring for the position of Superintendent's Secretary.

Qualifications:

• Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Excellent communication skills - listening, observation, reading, verbal, nonverbal, and writing.
• Accounting skills and the ability to consistently and accurately compute and record data
• Proficient in the operation of office equipment
• Proficient in Google and other computer applications (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides, Calendar, Filemaker, Word, Excel, etc,)
• Ability to deal in a positive, professional and confidential level with staff, parents and students
• Demonstrates professionalism and contributes to a positive work environment
• Acknowledges personal responsibility for decisions and conduct
• Performs prescribed activities efficiently with limited supervision
• Reacts productively to interruptions/ changing conditions. Meets deadlines despite time constraints
• Prepares accurate and timely paperwork. Verifies and correctly enters data
• Position may have mandatory training assigned throughout employment
• All employees of the Triad District must have acceptable BCI-FBI background results before the start of employment

Starting date is August 1, 2022 and work hours are 7am-3pm. Compensation is $30,000 - $40,000 based on experience.
