Paraprofessional – Preschool Program (West Liberty)

The Madison-Champaign ESC is now hiring two paraprofessionals to support our preschool program in West Liberty. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a direct impact in early childhood education by working with students and supporting classroom success.

🧑‍🏫 Position Details:

• Schedule: 7 hours/day, 4 days/week (Monday–Thursday)
• Contract: 154 days/year
• Location: West Liberty Preschool (West Liberty, OH)
  
  

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Assist preschool teachers with daily classroom activities
• Support students with and without disabilities
• Help maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
• Demonstrate professionalism, patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
  
  

📚 Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Valid ODE Aide Permit (or willingness to obtain after hire)
• Experience with students with disabilities preferred (training available)
• Must pass a criminal background check
