Memorial Health Hiring LPN for Outpatient Care Facility in Urbana – $3,000 Sign-On Bonus

Memorial Health is now accepting applications for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join its Primary Care Practice in Urbana. This full-time opportunity offers a supportive team environment, competitive benefits, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

The position is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a one-hour lunch each day. Memorial Health outpatient offices are also closed—and paid—on six major holidays each year.

Key Responsibilities:In this patient-centered role, the LPN will spend the majority of time providing direct patient care and triage services in the clinic. Responsibilities include:

• Accompanying patients to exam/procedure rooms
• Assisting with walking, transfers, dressing, specimen collection, and exam preparation
• Collecting and documenting patient histories in Epic
• Assisting physicians with various clinical procedures

Required Qualifications:

• Active LPN license and degree
• Clinical experience in an outpatient or primary care setting preferred
