Madison-Champaign ESC Hiring Full-Time Intervention Specialist at Triad Local Schools

​The Madison-Champaign Educational Service Center (ESC) is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Intervention Specialist to join its team for the 2025–2026 school year. The full-time position will serve students with multiple disabilities at Triad Local Schools, helping to create a structured and supportive classroom environment that fosters student success.

This opportunity is ideal for educators who are energetic, patient, and creative, with a passion for working with students who require specialized support. Candidates should be able to demonstrate their experience in developing positive, inclusive learning spaces.

Position Details:

• Full-Time: 7.5 hours/day, 5 days/week, 184-day contract
• Location: Triad Local Schools, Champaign County
• Start Date: August 6, 2025

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio Department of Education (ODE) Intervention Specialist License (Alternative or Supplemental Licenses will be considered)
• Experience working with students with multiple disabilities is preferred
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Must be credentialed in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) or be willing to attend a 4-day TCI training and pass the certification test
