Madison-Champaign ESC Hiring Early Childhood Intervention Specialist for Urbana Preschool Classroom

​The Madison-Champaign Educational Service Center (MCESC) is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Intervention Specialist to join its team for the 2025–2026 school year. This full-time role will support one of the organization’s Urbana-based preschool classrooms, helping young learners with disabilities thrive in a nurturing and creative environment.

The ideal candidate will bring both experience and enthusiasm to the classroom, with a heart for service and a commitment to meeting the diverse needs of preschool-aged children. Applicants should be prepared to share how they would cultivate a positive and developmentally appropriate atmosphere for students with varying abilities.

Key Position Details:

• Position: Early Childhood Intervention Specialist
• Location: Urbana, OH
• Schedule: Full-time, 7.5 hours/day, 5 days/week, 184 days/year
• Start Date: August 6, 2025

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid ODE Early Childhood Intervention Specialist or Early Childhood Education license
• Preferred experience with preschool-aged students with disabilities
• Satisfactory criminal background check
