LPN/MA – Memorial Health Primary Care (Urbana)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Status: Full-time
Sign-On Bonus: 💲Up to $5,000

Position Summary:
​Memorial Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN or Medical Assistant (MA) to join our Urbana Primary Care team. In this role, you’ll work closely with patients and physicians to provide top-notch care and clinical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accompany patients to exam/procedure rooms and assist as needed
• Collect and document patient history using Epic
• Prepare patients for exams and assist with clinical procedures
• Triage patients and support ongoing care coordination
  
  

Requirements:

• Active LPN License and degree, or Medical Assistant certification
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care
