Line Operator

Salary Range: $19.00 to $27.00
Position: Phosphate Line System Operator

Job Responsibilities:

• Proper titration of all tanks.
• Training personnel to titrate tanks.
• Overseeing appropriate chemical additions.
• Maintaining ISO Preventative Maintenance records.
• Setting up and monitoring all vac-outs.
• Scheduling and monitoring weekend tank cleaning.
• Responsible for daily tank transfers and cleaning, including refill and heat up.
• Performing minor line maintenance.
• Responsible for chemical, titration, and glassware ordering and inventory.
• Maintaining water softeners.
• Pulling tank samples for Henkle.
• Assisting on the line when needed.

​Qualifications (include but are not limited to):

• Must have good analytical skills along with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have the ability to work well with others in coordinating multiple tasks involving several process steps and several work shifts.
• Must have a record of dependability and good attendance.
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
