Production Packers play a key role in ensuring products meet quality and safety standards before shipment. Responsibilities include inspecting products for defects, accurately packing items according to work orders, verifying labels and lot numbers, and preparing cartons for distribution. Team members are also expected to monitor quality, report any issues, and help maintain a clean and organized workspace. The position requires the ability to work efficiently while following strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards. Candidates may also assist with basic machine-related tasks during downtime or backups. Applicants with prior manufacturing experience are preferred, though the company notes that experience in fast-paced environments, strong organizational skills, and the ability to follow detailed instructions are also valuable. Physically, the role requires the ability to lift up to 35 pounds repeatedly, along with standing and walking for extended periods during 12-hour shifts.
