Madison-Champaign Educational Service Center is looking for an energetic, patient and creative teacher to educate students with mild/moderate or moderate/intensive disabilities in grades 3-5. This position will be in a resource room setting. You may support students in a regular classroom setting or work with students within the resource room.
Applicants should be able to share experience creating a positive classroom environment where each pupil’s educational needs are met.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid ODE Intervention Specialist License
• Experience with students with intensive behaviors preferred
• Satisfactory results on criminal records check including fingerprints required
• Candidate must be credentialed in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) or able to attend 4 days of TCI training (July 30, 31, August 2, 5) and pass TCI test
