Downsize Farm Support Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate leader to join its team as a Program Manager at its Urbana location on 31 S. Ludlow Road.

The position, part of the organization’s “Spark” program, focuses on overseeing daily operations while creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for both clients and staff. The role blends leadership, organization, and hands-on support to ensure individuals with developmental disabilities receive high-quality, person-centered services.

As Program Manager, the selected candidate will lead and support a team of Client Advocates, providing mentorship, training, and performance guidance while fostering a positive, team-oriented culture. Responsibilities also include managing staff schedules, ensuring compliance with Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) standards, and overseeing documentation, safety procedures, and program operations.
