Coleman Health Services Hiring MRSS Youth Counselor in Logan and Champaign Counties

​Coleman Health Services is seeking a dedicated Youth Counselor for Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS) to provide crisis intervention and 

counseling for youth and families in Logan and Champaign Counties. This full-time position offers a flexible schedule, working primarily Monday-Friday, with two evenings per week required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Crisis assessment, intervention, and safety planning
• Short-term counseling and linkage to support services (up to 6 weeks)
• Collaboration with a multi-disciplinary care team to support youth in crisis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
• Experience in behavioral health, crisis intervention, or trauma-informed care preferred
