The role of the Client Advocate/Bus Driver is to provide efficient and effective operation of daily programs and supporting infrastructure to facilitate clients in purposeful and productive lives.

Education:
High School diploma
Experience:
One year or more experience working with people.
Other:
Valid drivers’ license with 6 points or less on driving record.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
Assist clients in gaining social and vocational skills and ensure that each client feels welcome and involved.
Monitors appearance of building and property
Follow the schedule while positively engaging clients with meaningful programming.
Knows all clients, ISPs, interests, issues and dreams and ensures that schedules and documentation reflect clients’ needs.
Reports program needs as observed and informs program manager of venue ideas and/or concerns.
Develops meaningful relationships with clients and reports praises and/or concerns to client navigator.
Will likely serve as bus driver for morning, evening, and daily activity routes.
Has acute awareness of DD rules and reports incidents to manager accordingly.
Willing to transport clients. Vehicle supplied by company.
All other duties as presented.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: From $12.00 per hour
