​Position Overview
​Downsize Farm Support Services is seeking a compassionate and creative Client Advocate to support individuals with disabilities in building social, vocational, and life skills. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys art, sewing, crafting, and hands-on creative programming, while making a meaningful impact every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients in developing social and vocational skills
• Create and lead meaningful, creative activities and programs
• Provide daily encouragement and positive support
• Assist with transportation for activities and community events
• Foster an inclusive, engaging, and supportive environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Minimum one year of experience working with individuals with disabilities
• Valid driver’s license with six (6) points or fewer
• Reliable, compassionate, and creative mindset
