Key responsibilities include leading day-to-day city operations, implementing strategic plans in coordination with the Mayor and City Council, managing workforce performance, overseeing budget development, and ensuring compliance with city policies and laws. The Director also serves as the City’s purchasing agent and personnel officer and may act on the Mayor’s behalf as needed.
Candidates must hold a degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business Management, or a related field and have a minimum of 10 years of management or municipal administration experience.
