​Champaign Health District is seeking qualified applicants, for a Part-Time (21 hours per week) Nursing Secretary, to join our team. Located at 1512 South US Highway 68 Urbana, our organization is committed to building a thriving Champaign County—one that promotes wellness, prevents disease, and protects our community from harm.

We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented professional to support the daily operations of our nursing division. Key responsibilities include:

• Answering and directing incoming calls
• Scheduling patient immunization appointments
• Managing billing processes and collecting payments
• Preparing accurate receipts and maintaining organized records

The ideal candidate is highly organized, excels in time management, and demonstrates exceptional customer service skills. Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly are essential. Professionalism, accuracy, and a compassionate approach to patient interactions are essential to success in this role.
