Serving over 5,000 individuals annually, we provide impactful programs and services through a central facility, off-site program centers, and an 80-acre day camp property.

The Opportunity
As Chief Executive Officer, you will lead a passionate team to fulfill the Y’s mission and vision in a vibrant and engaged community. You will serve as a strategic leader, community partner, and innovative problem solver, fostering collaboration and trust while expanding the YMCA’s impact.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Community Engagement: Position the YMCA as a vital community partner and advocate for positive change.
• Fundraising Leadership: Develop and execute an annual fundraising plan, including capital and endowment campaigns.
• Fiscal Oversight: Manage financial operations to ensure sustainability, growth, and alignment with strategic goals.
• Operational Excellence: Improve organizational performance and maintain compliance with safety standards.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a forward-thinking strategic plan.
• Team Leadership: Foster a culture of inclusion, professional growth, and mission-driven excellence.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: Minimum of five years in senior management with direct supervision of multi-level staff and fiscal management responsibilities for $1M+ annual budgets.
• Proven ability to lead fundraising campaigns and engage with diverse stakeholders.
